Acer SB220Q Review
I bought this monitor for the simple fact that it was an 1080p 75hz Acer. I was surprised that these features were only 1,700mxn. I did not expect much from it, but in these three months, it gave me a big surprise.
The monitor is incredibly light and thin. The power source is external, which saves costs and helps your overall aesthetics.
Acer SB220Q complies with everything, full HD, 75hz, and is IPS (I have not tried FreeSYNC, I do not use AMD).
Pros:
- It is very light, it makes cleaning the desk and transport much easier.
- Cost / benefit, it is one of the best you can find, beating 1080p60hz monitors
- It has several customizable profiles and you can easily switch between them.
- Has a 30 degree tilt for better viewing
Cons:
- The base is made of cheap and light plastic. Although for the weight of the monitor, you don’t need more.
- By default it has a very annoying green filter. But It is fixed in 10 minutes correcting the color.
- The buttons have them on the bottom, it takes some work to move around the menu blindly, and the off button is the same as all the other buttons.
- It has black edges that make it seem that it is not giving the full resolution, but you get used to it easily.
